What is great about our system is the automation. You don't have to take phone calls or emails to setup a classified ad. A member logs in and can setup their classified, make changes and even delete it when they don't need it anymore.
You can set your own pricing and you can run more than one ad in each spot if you wish. Oue system is designed to auto rotate banner ads if you want. So think about this. What if you only sold 4 ads per month and made $3600 from these four ads spots?
You may like the craigslist approach and would rather allow members to place ads on your community for free. There is nothing wrong with this. You can still make money with option 2. No worries though, it is a small fee of only $250 per month and we are going to give you the first two weeks free. Our goal is to give members of the targeted community a reason to visit the grapevine site on a daily basis and to make the grapevine site their home page. The way we have done this is by providing members and visitors with features that are most important for were they live.

Backup for a Minute
As you read through all of the site features, keep this in the back of your mind. You DO NOT have to baby-sit or update these sites. Each site is pre-programmed and member driven. What this means is members update the site and your job is to focus on bringing more members to the site, in turn increasing your revenue.

Movie Times
We find and provided up to date movie time listings and theater locations.

Local Weather
Convenient and in one place for current weather, hour-by-hour or even a 15-day forecast.

Local News
We take a few of the most recent news headlines for the local community and provide a headline link and brief description for quick viewing on the homepage. When your local news authority updates their news, your homepage will also be updated automatically.

Classifieds
This can be a great revenue stream if you choose to charge your members for placing classified ads. We keep it right up front for all to see. Not only is it listed on the homepage and in it's own tab in the menu bar, we have also programmed each members personal profile page to display any classifieds they may have posted. By doing this, it is at the top of everybody's minds and will be the first stop next time they need to place an ad.

Events
In every community it seems like there are those who are in the know and others who miss out on all the great events happening locally. We made it easy by placing a full size calendar on the homepage. Users have the option to view events on either a monthly, daily or single event basis. Oh and the great thing, members can add, modify or delete events through their profile page again keeping the grapevine community running smoothly with little effort on your part.

Videos
Some members love to upload and share videos of little Timmy, their favorite pet, or their friends and family doing something ridiculous. Well... we provide the ability for members to do this and give other members the opportunity to comment on and rate these videos if they wish. Members can make videos private so only their friends can see, or for all to see.

Gallery
Again, some members just want to share and in the gallery section they can share their photos either privately or publicly for all to see and comment on.

Groups
What community doesn't have groups or clubs? Our community websites allows any member to form a group and invite others to join. Members can make these groups public or private, open join or closed. Photo uploading options and forum discussions are also available for the group that the group moderator has full control over. Again, no babysitting on your part. Finding groups in your community that need these functions is one of the best ways to grow your site.

Forums
Giving members a place to come together to discuss everyday life and local happenings take place in the forums. Members can start new topics or respond to topics already underway.

Polls & Quizzes
Yet another way to keep members on your site for as long as you can is by offering polls and quizzes. Again, members have the ability to create a poll or quiz, or members can take a poll or quiz that other members have put together.

Member Profile Pages
Every member who joins the community will have their own profile page. On this page members can tell about themselves, display favorite pictures, videos, blogs, events and personal details if they wish. Members also have full control over privacy settings to control who sees their info.

Blogs
Blogs are like personal online journals that members can write about what is important to them. These blogs are displayed on members personal profile pages.

Bulletins
A quick and easy way to shoot a thought to other friends within the community is the bulletin board system. This is displayed on members main account page.

Messaging
The messaging system is quite elaborate. You can drop other members a comment or message. As a member, you will be notified via email if you choose or simply in your main account page when you login.
